Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using wolfgpt.app. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
The website wolfgpt.app (the "Platform") is published and operated under the trade name WolfGPT. WolfGPT provides an AI-powered chart-analysis service and related educational content. WolfGPT operates exclusively online and has no physical retail location; it can be contacted only at the email addresses listed in these Terms. WolfGPT provides an AI-powered SaaS platform that analyzes financial charts (cryptocurrency, forex, stocks, and indices) and generates technical analysis outputs and trade plans. The Service is provided strictly as an informational and educational tool.
WolfGPT may also publish information products, educational content, and affiliate-linked recommendations on its website and social media channels. All such content is clearly identified where required by applicable law.
The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. See Articles 8 through 11 and the separate Disclaimer document.
Access to the Service requires payment. WolfGPT is currently offered as a monthly subscription at USD 40.00 per month, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase at USD 180.00 (or the price displayed at time of purchase). Payments are processed through Whop.
Monthly subscription fees are billed automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. By subscribing, the User authorizes WolfGPT and its payment processor (Whop) to charge the designated payment method. The Lifetime plan is a single non-recurring charge.
WolfGPT reserves the right to modify subscription pricing upon fourteen (14) days' prior notice. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.
If a payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended immediately. The User is responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. The User is responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, or duties in their jurisdiction.
All sales are final. WolfGPT maintains a strict no-refund policy as a general rule. By completing a purchase, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees that fees are non-refundable except in the two (2) strictly limited circumstances described below.
A refund request will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met simultaneously:
(a) Total Platform Outage — Technical Malfunction: The User must demonstrate, by providing timestamped screenshot evidence, error logs, and written confirmation from WolfGPT support, that the Platform was completely non-functional and inaccessible for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) or more consecutive hours. Partial degradation, slow performance, or AI output quality dissatisfaction does not qualify. The User must have reported the issue to support@wolfgpt.app within forty-eight (48) hours of the incident and received a support ticket number. Retroactive claims will not be accepted.
(b) Verified Duplicate / Double Charge: The User must provide official bank statements or payment processor records clearly showing two identical charges for the same period, copies of both transaction confirmation emails, and must submit the request within seven (7) calendar days of the duplicate charge. Only the duplicate amount will be refunded; the original charge is non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@wolfgpt.app with the subject line "REFUND REQUEST — [Transaction ID]". Requests must include full name, the account email address, transaction ID, nature of the claim, and all supporting documentary evidence. WolfGPT will review requests within ten (10) business days. Approval is at WolfGPT's sole discretion. Chargebacks initiated without following this procedure will be contested.
Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute initiated with a payment provider will result in immediate and permanent account termination without notice, and may be pursued legally for damages, administrative fees, and collection costs.
By using the Platform, the User agrees to:
WolfGPT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these obligations without refund or prior notice.
All content, software, algorithms, brand elements, analyses, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of WolfGPT or its licensors. No license to use any intellectual property is granted to the User except the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for personal use during an active subscription period.
WolfGPT is an educational tool only. The Platform and all content generated by WolfGPT are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on wolfgpt.app or any associated channel constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or any form of regulated financial services. This is Not Financial Advice (NFA) — always Do Your Own Research (DYOR).
Trading and investing involve a substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every person. WolfGPT makes no guarantee of profit or income. AI-generated analyses, trade plans, scenarios, and confidence scores are automated technical outputs and may be inaccurate. Results are not typical, individual results vary, and past performance does not predict or guarantee future results. You assume full responsibility for, and all risk associated with, any trading or investment decision you make.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. WolfGPT does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that AI outputs will be accurate or reliable, or that any result will be achieved through use of the Service.
WolfGPT and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from: (i) use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) trading or investment decisions made based on Platform content; (iii) loss of profits, capital, data, or goodwill; (iv) any unauthorized access to or alteration of User data; or (v) any conduct of any third party, affiliate, influencer, or advertiser.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WolfGPT's total aggregate liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the User to WolfGPT in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
WolfGPT promotes its products and services through paid advertising and through paid partnerships with social-media influencers, content creators, and affiliates. Such individuals and entities may receive monetary payment, free or discounted access, commissions, or other compensation in exchange for promoting WolfGPT. WolfGPT may also publish affiliate links, sponsored content, or partnership recommendations on wolfgpt.app and associated social media channels.
Where compensation is received in exchange for promotion, this is disclosed in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). A material connection should be assumed to exist between WolfGPT and any third party promoting it. Testimonials and results shown anywhere reflect individual experiences, are not typical, are not guaranteed, and individual results vary. Full details are set out in the Disclaimer. These relationships do not influence the editorial independence of WolfGPT's analysis tools.
The collection and processing of personal data is governed by WolfGPT's Privacy Policy. By using the Service, the User consents to the data practices described therein.
WolfGPT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. These Terms may be updated periodically. The User will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The User waives the right to a trial by jury and waives the right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative or consolidated proceeding. Any claim must be brought on an individual basis.
